CHECK IN / OUT (Schedules and keys) 

  • What time can I enter / leave the apartment?

By default check-in time is at 15:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 pm.

  • Can I change the check-in or check-out time of the apartment?

Yes, as long as it is feasible. Please contact us to confirm the new schedule.

  • How do we arrange to pick up the keys?

The first time you access our apartments you will have to use codes. You will receive your personal codes 24 to 48 hours before your arrival.

  • How many sets of keys will I have?

Each apartment is equipped with two complete sets of keys.

  • Where do I leave the keys at the exit?

You can leave them inside the apartment or in the place where you found them.

  • Can I leave my bags somewhere on my departure?

Ask for an extension of the check-out time and you will be able to leave your luggage inside the apartment until that time.


  • Do I need to bring sheets or towels?

No. The apartments are delivered with complete bed linen and one set of sheets (bath and shower) per person.

  • Is there a hairdryer in the apartment?

Yes, one in each bathroom.

  • And coffee maker?

Yes, all our apartments are equipped with an Italian coffee machine and a Nestle Dolce Gusto© capsule coffee machine. It is also possible to find some complimentary capsules next to the coffee machine ;-)

  • So breakfast is not included in the price?

No, we are not a Bed&Breakfast, although we can recommend a lot of cool coffee shops where you can enjoy a relaxing cup of café con leche.

  • How do I turn on the heating?

The heating is automatic and is programmed at a constant temperature of 21 degrees Celsius, both day and night (please contact us if you need to change the temperature).

  • What about the heater?

Hot water is automatic.

  • How do I connect to the Internet?

You will find the network and password inside the apartment.

  • What connection speed will I encounter?

Fiber optic wifi connection with a speed of 1 Gb.

  • We are traveling with a baby, how do I request a crib?

Contact us and we will have everything ready for the king of the house (crib, bathtub, high chair, etc).


  • Oops, I left my keys inside the apartment, what do I do?

In this case, let us know immediately so that we can open the apartment with the master key. In case it is impossible to open the door, we will call a locksmith, but you will have to pay for it yourself.
